Network Engineer (Ref #4797)
Engage on direct Tier 3, escalated break-fix/advisory calls and Business Critical incidents from Microsoft Premier Customers using Microsoft Skype for Business 2015, Lync Server 2010, Lync Server 2013, Office Communication Server 2007 R1, R2 & Exchange Unified Messaging. Work on complex and critical issues in e-commerce area while supporting customers using Lync Server/Skype for Business and/or SfB Online offerings. Provide customers with reliable technical solutions and a consistently outstanding service experience. Work on escalations with complex reactive support issues. Accept 3-yr degree with 3-yr exp as bachelor. Primary worksite is Dallas, TX, but relocation possible. Req: BS degree in Computer Science or Commerce with 36 months experience as Network or Support Engineer. Related exp must include using Lync Server 2010, Lync Server 2013.
